Enjoying fantastic views over Cheltenham from it’s idyllic location on the private Battledown Hill, The Meadows is set within a half acre plot and exhibits classic Georgian style with mellow Ashlar stone.

RRA was commissioned to sympathetically extend the property and remodel the internal configuration to create a state of the art home, with the onus on retaining the elegance of the original structure whilst seamlessly incorporating a light, spacious and contemporary layout.

A predominantly open-plan ground floor allows for collaborative and inclusive family living, with large double doors connecting the house to the spectacular outdoor space and providing a light, airy atmosphere. Upstairs several smaller bedrooms were reconfigured to create a large master suite.
