The Avenue project involved the conversion of a former nursing home into three stunning apartments. Also with the addition to the estate of two single storey lodges and four three-storey, private, gated houses. The challenge was to combine the style of the existing building with the new contemporary dwellings to create a simple yet attractive housing scheme.
Each individual building has been carefully designed by RRA to connect the outdoor area as part of the living space. This design allows optimum use of the whole property.
