The design opens up to a garden-facing kitchen & family room and, with careful planning, has added a music room, study and media room. Upstairs, the bedrooms have been transformed with the addition of a new bathroom and ensuite. We also extended into the loft space, creating a large bedroom with its own shower-room. This top room has the best views of the house, looking out over the newly landscaped garden and on to a verdant cemetery. To make the upper floors’ views even better, we incorporated a green roof on the rear extension.

This upgrade has successfully equipped the early 1900s semi-detached property for modern family living.
